Training

The Suite offers in-person training by one of our expert staff. We will schedule with you for your entire staff to do their annual training on your disaster plan. This will be a custom training that will fit your specific disaster plan.

Our curriculum has been designed and constructed by a world-renowned speaker and trainer who is one of only 65 people (and the only disaster trainer) ever to be awarded the highest designation in professional speaking: The Accredited Speaker. He has over 200 awards in public speaking and training! This means you can be confident that the training content you and your staff receives will be of the highest caliber, and will be appropriate to every department.

We are known for our exciting and interactive delivery style! The Training Program will completely outline and deliver the quantity, type, and timetable of the disaster training for your facility in accordance to your state requirements, as well as state-of-the-art business continuity and emergency response procedures. From the administration staff to the home health aides in the field...everyone will receive training in:

Exercises

The 2018 Suite will follow this training with a Tabletop Exercise with your entire staff. We will simulate a regional disaster so that on and off-site staff can be incorporated into the exercise. We develop this months in advance, and will incorporate all your departments to put your team to the test in the discussion.

We rigorously follow the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) guidelines and will design your drill and exercise program and customize it specifically to your agency or hospice. We will also customize the exercise materials, after-action reports, and others specifically to your agency or hospice, so when you host your drill, you are ready! Specialists will consider location, regulations, jurisdiction, federal/state/county emergency programs, as well as identified hazards.

Delivery of the material will be done world-class in-person professional exercise and drillers* who will travel to your agency to conduct the Tabletop Exercise. You get the expertise that would otherwise cost tens of thousands of dollars!
